Qualification: The applicant must be an intermediate or preferably a graduate in any field.
Communication Skills & Languages: Strong written & verbal communication skills in english with the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Regional Languages: Fluent in regional language of the allocated state.Knowledge of hindi will be an added advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CRM systems and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
Data Entry Skills: Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and gather information from various sources.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Real Estate Industry: Familiarity with the real estate industry, including different types of property service providers and suppliers, is preferred.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service to vendors and users.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems related to vendor listings.
Occupation: The assignment is based on a profit sharing but terms & conditions apply.
Income: Earnings in a month, can be upto ₹ 3,00,000/= or even more based on the area of operation.
