Aren't online pharmacies illegal?

No its not, subject to that pharmacies are fully licensed and qualified to operate online. srsphysicians.com approves only such pharmacies to list on our online health marketplace platform.

How do I check the status of my order?

In order to check the status, follow these simple steps:

1.         Login to your account to view a list of your recent and active orders.

2.         Select “Actions” to the right of your order. This will show you the order status for over-the-counter and non-prescription orders.

3.         If the order is for a prescription medication, select “Prescription Tracker” to find out where your order is in our processing.

How does pharmacies on srsphysicians.com marketplace sell prescription medications so cheaply?

All our pharmacies are able to keep their prices low by removing layers of cost between the manufacturer and the end consumer (you). All most all pharmacies ordering directly from the manufacturer, thus they are able to remove several stages of middlemen, and our store, srsphysicians.com do not charge any commission from any of them. Therefore, no online pharmacies are burdened on our platform with the heavy overhead costs. As a result, the pharmacies of our marketplace are able to procure their products at a lower cost than our competitors & pass the savings on to you.

Do I need a prescription from a doctor to buy medicines?

Yes, you do need a prescription from a doctor to buy all prescription medications. But, all pharmacies also have inventory of over-the-counter products that can be ordered without a prescription.

How do I send you my prescriptions to buy medication?

Once you receive your prescription, you can place order with any of the pharmacies on our srsphysicians.com platform that is most convenient to you by attaching or uploading the prescription or any other reports in the option provided or else you can also give it to the delivery boy.

All our pharmacists are available Monday through Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm. Orders placed  after business hours will be delivered on the next business day.

You can also mail your prescription to the respective mail ID of the pharmacy or even whats app as per options available.

Is there a limit on how much of my prescription I can order?

We can only fill the amount prescribed by your physician. It’s very important that you ensure that your physician includes the correct dosage and quantity for the medication you’d like to order.

How do I speak to the pharmacist?

To speak with a pharmacist, simply call on their number provided in their contact list. Our pharmacists are available Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm. Calls placed on weekends or after business hours will be returned on the next business day but it all depends from pharmacy to pharmacy.

What if srsphysicians.com doesn’t carry the prescription I’m looking for?

Though the pharmacy may not currently carry the product you are looking for, may be able to add it to their active inventory to ensure that everything are supplied as per your prescription even on cost-to-cost basis. In bad to worst scenario, they will get back to you.

How long does it take orders to deliver?

Pharmacies located within your city or town with delivery limits will deliver on same day except when your order placed after business hours. All orders received late will only be delivered on next day.

What are your shipping rates?

All orders are delivered at free of cost. However double check while placing the order.

What is your refund policy?

All over-the-counter products are eligible for refund & for more details please always read the terms & condition specified of individual vendors.

Whereas it is prohibited by law from accepting returns for prescription drugs unless something is wrong.

How do I return an item?

Returns as easy as possible, therefore if you always need to return an item for any reason, simply contact the respective vendors directly or as per the return policy of the vendor.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order up to 15 minutes after the order is placed. To do so, go to My Account and view Orders Processing. A Cancel button with a countdown timer will be visible on current orders that are processing. Click the Cancel button and select your reason for cancellation to cancel the order. After cancellation, the order will be removed from your Orders Processing. Cancellation is not guaranteed if not done within 15 minutes of allowed period, as the order may have already shipped or despatched. At that point, please refer to the Return Policy & act accordingly.
