An ultrasound scan is a medical test that uses high-frequency sound waves to capture live images from the inside of your body. It’s also known as sonography.
The purpose of this imaging test also called abdominal ultrasound that uses sound waves to create pictures & to see organs inside your belly (abdomen) area like the liver, gallbladder, spleen, bile ducts, pancreas, and kidneys. Also, this machine test is utilized to examine the blood vessels that lead to these organs, such as the inferior vena cava and aorta.
